Kelly’s Rover By The Mad Pyper of Pipapelli

I’ve been to Ireland, seen all her spirits, all her wonders

I know to sleep is just to fall

Irish rock it, sometimes they roll it

The Pyper always knew what his dream was for

There can be no denyin’; Irish Arts and Literature will take ‘em down

And the Pyps he’s blowin’, is for the people of the land

In green fields of Ireland, where heaven sent me

I saw the Clans who ruled them all

Still, by Kelly’s Cavelight and Irelands moonlight,

I hear the Suck River’s call

And the Pyps are cryin’, of a love that won’t grow cold

Ireland, she is rising, on the far side of the globe

You got me rockin’ when I ought to be a-rollin’

Kelly, tell me, Kelly, which way to go

Won’t you tell me, Kelly, which way to go…Which way is Home

Oh how I wonder, oh how I worry

And I would dearly like to know

How squander of Irish Treasures

will leave us anything to show

And The Pypers he is Flyin’

Turtle Island’s sun setting low

It’s Old Ireland risin’

From Irish history buried longtime ago
